1. Digital Product Nature
At ai.div.zone, we provide digital assets (UI components, code snippets) and SaaS-based AI generation tools. Due to the nature of digital content that is delivered instantly and can be consumed, copied, or stored immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally final and non-refundable.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
We only consider refund requests under the following exceptional circumstances:
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same asset or subscription twice.
- Technical Failure: If there is a major technical defect in the generated code or asset that prevents it from being used, and our support team is unable to fix it within 5 business days of being notified.
- Non-Delivery: If you did not receive the download link or access to the AI tool due to a technical error on our part.
3. Subscription Cancellations
For our subscription-based plans:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the billing portal.
- Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Pro features until the end of your current billing cycle.
- We do not offer prorated refunds for the remaining days of a subscription period.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under the eligible criteria mentioned above, please contact our support team at help@div.zone within 7 days of your purchase. Your request must include:
- The email address associated with the purchase.
- The Order ID provided by our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy).
- A detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
- Any supporting documentation that may help us process your request.
5. Final Decision
All refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. ai.div.zone reserves the right to refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative practices.
