By accessing and using the ai.div.zone platform (hereinafter, the "Platform"), the user agrees to these Terms and Conditions. Using our AI code generator and purchasing digital assets implies the reading and acceptance of the policies described herein.

2. Description of Products and Services

ai.div.zone is a software platform and digital asset marketplace offering:

• AI Code Generator: A software-based tool for the automated creation of web components (HTML, CSS, React, Tailwind).
• Digital Assets Sales: Sale of pre-designed components, templates, and UI resources ready for download.
• Licensing: Access to the software is granted via subscription or one-time purchase, allowing the user to use the generated code for personal or commercial purposes according to the acquired plan.

3. Digital Delivery

Due to the digital nature of our products:

• Access to AI tools and component downloads is instant and automatic upon payment confirmation.
• No physical shipping or on-site services are provided. Full order fulfillment occurs within the Platform.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Given the nature of digital assets (code and design) that can be copied or saved immediately after purchase:

• Individual Assets: No refunds are offered once the file has been downloaded or the code has been generated and viewed.
• SaaS Subscriptions: Users may cancel their subscription at any time, maintaining access until the end of the paid period. No prorated refunds are provided.

5. Intellectual Property and Usage License

Platform Ownership: The design, brand, logos, and AI algorithms are the exclusive property of ai.div.zone.

• Generated Code: The user receives a usage license for the code generated through the tool. Reselling ai.div.zone components as a direct competing product (e.g., setting up a clone marketplace using our own assets) is strictly prohibited.

6. User Obligations

The User agrees to:

• Not use the AI to generate malicious, illegal content, or content that infringes on third-party copyrights.
• Provide truthful payment information through our authorized processors.
• Not reverse engineer the Platform or attempt to bypass software security measures.

7. Limitation of Liability

ai.div.zone provides code generation tools "as is." We do not guarantee that the generated code is free of technical errors or fit for a specific purpose without prior developer review. We are not responsible for failures in the user's final deployment or service interruptions due to force majeure.

8. Modifications and Jurisdiction

We reserve the right to update these terms to reflect software improvements or legal changes. These terms are governed by international e-commerce laws, and any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of the legal domicile of the company or the Merchant of Record.
